We're Moving: A New Chapter Begins at SandyEdwards.tv!

As many of you know, I’ve been sharing teachings, devotionals, and sacred reflections on Patreon for some time. But after much prayer and clarity from the Lord, I’m excited to announce that we’re officially migrating everything to SandyEdwards.tv.

This is more than a platform change—this is prophetic preparation.

We’re building on our own altar, not someone else's algorithm. In a time when truth is being censored and watered down, it’s essential to create a space that is secure, Spirit-led, and wholly devoted to Jesus. That’s why everything is now housed on SandyEdwards.tv—a place where nothing is filtered, and everything is rooted in the Word.

If You’re Waiting on The Lord, You’ll Always Be on Time

We waste so much energy staring at the clock when God is staring at our heart.

Some of you are frustrated, not because God has denied you, but because you’re more obsessed with how long it’s taking than what He desires to do in you while you wait. But here’s the truth: when your focus shifts from the timeline to the Teacher, something powerful happens. You forget you’re even waiting. And before you know it, the very thing you thought was delayed suddenly comes to pass—right on schedule.

and it's always better than you can ask or imagine.

God never asked you to manage the time. That’s His job. What He commanded you to do is obey. That means whether it’s been three weeks or three years, your role hasn’t changed. Stay faithful. Stay yielded. Stay in position.

The delay isn’t a denial—it’s a development. So stop measuring the distance and start measuring your obedience. Because when you’re waiting in the Lord, you are never late. You’re right on time. Every time.

“Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!” — Psalm 27:14 (ESV)

God is Calling His Church to Fall Out of Love with What Pride Has Afforded Them

Put to Death All Worldly Passions

Sometimes, the very thing you’re praying so hard for… is the very thing God wants to put to death.

James 4:3 says:

“You ask and do not receive, because you ask wrongly, to spend it on your passions.”

These “passions” aren’t harmless dreams. They’re carnal cravings.

• You desire and do not have—so you murder.

• You covet and cannot obtain—so you fight and quarrel.

That’s the fruit.

Not joy.

Not peace.

Not righteousness.

Murder.

Conflict.

Division.

All because of desires rooted in worldliness.

Let’s break this down even further:

You ask and do not receive, not because you didn’t ask—but because you asked with the wrong heart. You asked to feed the very thing God is trying to crucify.

You prayed, “God, give me this desire,” but that desire is the seed of spiritual death.

When you pray worldly prayers, you’re not asking God for a breakthrough—you’re asking Him to bless your rebellion.

You’re saying, “God, make me Your enemy.”

Yes, it’s that serious.

And the devil? — he’s right there. Ready to hand you the very thing God refused to give you. Not because it’s a gift—but because it’s a snare. He wants you to disqualify yourself. He wants to bait you into becoming God’s enemy by praying with a worldly heart. He knows God won’t go against His Word. That’s why Satan wants your agreement with worldliness—it gives him the legal right to ensnare you.

God’s not withholding something good. He’s withholding poison.

He knows that if He gives you what you’re begging for, it will break you, corrupt you, and kill you.

That’s why we must pray to agree with God’s will, not manipulate Him to agree with ours.

Prayer is not a place to promote your passion. It’s the place to crucify it. You don’t enter God’s courts with carnality. Worldliness cannot fellowship with holiness.

Sometimes the unanswered prayer is mercy. Sometimes, God’s “no” is Him saying: “I love you too much to give you what would destroy you.”

Let it die.

That relationship.

That opportunity.

That obsession.

That image.

That platform.

That desire.

If it makes you an enemy of God, then it’s not a blessing—it’s a battlefield for rebellion.

Choose surrender.

Choose holiness.

Choose to agree with Heaven.

When you stop asking God to bless your will, and start asking Him to kill what’s worldly in you, that’s when real revival begins.

And revival is always personal before it is global!

God is Looking For Vessels

Lately, in the quiet place of prayer, I’ve been seeking God for clarity about the second half of this year. And in that stillness, one truth keeps rising to the surface: most of what this world tells us to chase—platforms, numbers, applause— are not on God’s priority list.

A few months back, I sat in a church service where the pastor asked a piercing question: “Are you impressive or impactful?” That question arrested me. Not because I’m out here trying to impress anybody—but because it exposed a root issue: far too many of God’s people are stuck, paralyzed by image, addicted to approval, and afraid to be used by God unless it comes with applause.

Yes, there’s a time and place for marketing, followers, and growth strategies. But let’s be honest—too many believers are obsessing over visibility while ignoring cultivating good soil for God to produce real, lasting fruit.

Let me say this clearly:

• You can be impactful without being mediocre—that’s the anointing.

• You can be impactful without chasing trends—that’s the anointing.

• You can be impactful without compromise—that’s the anointing.

And hear me—the anointing of God cannot be faked, bought, or branded.

It flows from one place: intimacy with the Father.

If God is birthing something in you—if He’s building something through you—don’t get distracted by metrics. Your greatest impact will always come from Heaven first. The people and places you’re called to? They should get the overflow.

It’s taken me a decade to become rooted in my calling. I’ve wrestled. I’ve waited. I’ve been hidden. And I bless God for every part of the journey—because it stripped away the fluff and brought me back to the fire.

God’s not looking for performers. He’s looking for vessels.

Be one.

The Authority You Have

“Allow the Lord to teach you how much authority you have so you can walk in it and exercise it with wisdom in life.” - Sandy Edwards

This is not just about understanding spiritual gifts or quoting Scripture boldly. It’s about living from a place of identity, intentionality, and intimacy with the Father—just like Jesus did.

Jesus modeled a life of power and boundaries.

He didn’t walk the earth seeking to please people—He walked in full obedience to the voice of the Father.

He knew exactly who He was, what He was sent to do, and what He was not called to carry. His boundaries weren’t built from pride or self-preservation. They were built from clarity.

“Only what the Father said… is what He said.”

“Only what the Father required of Him… is what He did.”

That kind of alignment takes discipline. It takes trust. And it requires us to let go of the need to be everything to everyone.

Jesus didn’t say “yes” to every need, every crowd, or even every request.

He withdrew when it was time to pray. He stayed silent when it was time to listen. He confronted when it was time to speak. And even in His deepest grief, He didn’t allow offense to take root. He chose submission to the Father over emotional reaction.

That is true authority.

As sons and daughters of God, living without boundaries is not humility—it’s a lack of discipline. And walking in authority doesn’t mean dominating others or always being loud. It means being led by the Spirit in wisdom, saying yes when the Father says yes, and no when He says no.

So today, let the Lord show you how much authority He’s placed within you. Let Him retrain your heart to move in sync with His. And let Him teach you to walk in boundaries that reflect your Kingdom identity, not just your earthly emotions.

The more you grow in this, the more your life will look like Jesus’. Not chaotic, not burnt out, not people-pleasing—but steady, purposeful, and powerful.

You were never meant to live without authority or boundaries. And with the Lord as your teacher, you never have to.

The Word of God is Your Mental Health

God has an answer for everything including how to have a sound and healthy mind in Christ. This is why it’s so important that you don’t just read the Bible but do all that it takes to apply it to your life.

When you read scriptures like “Let this mind be in you which is also in Christ Jesus.” pause, reflect, and pray: Holy Spirit “Show me how to have the mind of Christ.”

When you read scriptures like “I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.”.. pause, reflect, pray: Holy Spirit “What word do I need to hide in my heart so that I can avoid sinning against God in this specific time, season, situation, or circumstance?”

When you read scriptures like “And He said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.” pause, reflect, pray: Holy Spirit How do I love the Lord with my mind?”

I promise He has an answer for everything. And Yes, sometimes that answer will also come through God using people.

But you have to learn to be pliable, patient, and allow the Lord to minister to you.

The word of God is your mental health.

Speak Back

The devil does speak and it does matter how you respond. Your responsibility is to SPEAK ONLY THE WORD OF GOD BACK. You are not to entertain him or allow him to infiltrate your mind.

Ignoring the devil sounds good in theory but we don’t see Jesus doing that in scripture either. There is a reason this encounter is written in scripture. Pay attention to how Jesus responds to the same devil you and I are/will be tempted by:

The devil said to Him, “If you are the Son of God, tell this stone to become bread.”

JESUS ANSWERED, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone.

And he (the devil) said to him, “I will give you all their authority and splendor; it has been given to me, and I can give it to anyone I want to. If you worship me, it will all be yours.”

JESUS ANSWERED: “It is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God and serve him only.”

“If you are the Son of God,” he (the devil) said, “throw yourself down from here. For it is written: “‘He will command his angels concerning you to guard you carefully; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.”

JESUS ANSWERED (instead of allowing the devil to gaslight Him making Him doubt what it is written) : “It is said: ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the test.”
